A metamorphosis….
Bringing together the natural world with art, fused as one. A theater set in a meadow, pressed between a sculpture garden and a nature preserve. Metamorphosis is a place where children not only learn about the arts but the surrounding nature.  The director is the wall running through the site producing a procession of sculpture and breakout destinations within landscape that lead up to and beyond the theatre creating an overall experience for patrons and passers-by that binds the arts with nature.  

The entire site becomes the theatre while the building itself is nestled back into and takes the form of nature. Nature becomes drama and theatre comes to life, a metamorphosis occurs. A play is set.
